The books allow students to have choices for informational text to practice their reading. \r\n\r\nMy students were very excited about they hardly made it to the shelf before they took them to read. Since installing the interactive Nex Playground consoles, I've seen students of all ages eagerly take turns, share ideas, and practice compromise as they decide which games to play next. Essential life skills like patience, respect, and teamwork are being strengthened every day through these fun and active experiences.\r\n\r\nIt's amazing to see children as young as five laughing, learning, and staying active all at once. During setup and testing, I joined in on a few of the games myself and quickly realized how much of a workout they truly are! So many students have been eagerly asking to visit the game room, which has really motivated them to show good behavior and keep up strong attendance in and outside the classroom. Many of the online programs we use rely on audio to deliver instructions, read questions aloud, or guide students through interactive lessons.
