This equipment has and will continue to allow my students to achieve their goals in PE. This is the first year our school has required an organized PE class.\r\n\r\nI have been able to use this equipment to design learning-practice stations for our PE time. The students have enjoyed that they have enough equipment. Before we received this equipment we tried to do activities with only one or two balls to do soccer or basketball drill with. This was inefficient since we have a large PE class.","fullyFundedDate":1765720708954,"projectUrl":"project/pe-equipment-for-6th-8th-grade/9956247/","projectTitle":"PE Equipment for 6th-8th Grade","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Henson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10379020"},{"teacherId":10379020,"projectId":9951334,"letterContent":"The items received in this project have helped students in my classes in many ways. The two tables are used to put projects on so all the students in the class can see. The fact that they have wheels really helps when we need to rearrange for groups.\r\n\r\nThe mass/inertia set helped students actually feel how the masses of objects stay the same but can feel heavier or lighter by the adjustments of where the mass is distributed. Many students shocked themselves by picking up each item and trying to figure out which one was heavier. They were even more shocked to learn they had the same masses.","fullyFundedDate":1765491478265,"projectUrl":"project/science-and-math-classroom-improvements/9951334/","projectTitle":"Science and Math Classroom Improvements","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Henson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10379020"},{"teacherId":10379020,"projectId":9989855,"letterContent":"Thank you for helping fulfill this project. My students were able to access a wide range of art supplies that truly transformed our classroom experience.\r\n The moment the materials arrived, the room was filled with excitement. Their eyes lit up as we opened the packages. It felt like Christmas morning.\r\n One standout project was our unit on economics, where we connected art to real-world concepts of producers and consumers. Each student created a unique piece of art as a producer, then used play money to \"purchase\" a classmate's creation as a consumer. This hands-on experience made the lesson fun, memorable, and deeply meaningful. They saw how their creativity had value — both personally and economically.\r\n Students also used the materials to design special crafts for their families, proudly showcasing their talents and personal expression. \r\n Thank you for making this possible.
