My students partner read, write on clipboards, and do math on the rug. The white books have been the most exciting. Each child is researching their own animal. They are learning non-fiction text features by making the book. They each did their own table of contents. The animal each have a digestive system and the students wrote about it. The teacher manual book has supported my students writing and grammar. I think they are really looking forward to doing an all about me page.
