The play dough modeled the importance of different structures in ecosystems in connection to human impact. \r\n\r\nI usually do not do any labs with that risk because we did not have the proper protection for the scholars. The scholars were excited to see the materials because they knew what they meant. They got to model using the play dough and molecular sets, they could now use chemicals in labs because of the protection it provided. They were excited about the opportunities they now had. \r\n\r\nIn the future, I plan on planning and incorporating more activities and labs that we now have opportunities to do due to the materials provided.
