In our classroom we use Positive Behavioral Interventional Support to create a positive learning environment. The students are rewarded with points when they show positive behaviors in the classroom. When they reach a certain amount of points they can choose a prize. We made small goodie bags with the STEM prizes.\r\nI have a couple of students with challenging behaviors in my classroom. Being rewarding points to earn the stickers, watercolor paints, pop-its and many more items helped to turn their behavior around.\r\nThe project has impacted learning through students expressing more positive behaviors rather than challenging ones.
