I gave each student a plastic file folder so they can use it to store their assignments. This school year the students are provided a workbook so I used the adhesive labels to print their names and attach to their workbook. They are thrilled that they have the uniform, nice-looking printed labels instead of writing their name on the workbook. The labels look a lot neater. I got lots of already sharpened pencils to save the day. I also got a new class set of calculators to use later when we start doing calculations in Geometry.
