Your support has made a meaningful impact on our students' literacy development and daily learning experiences.\r\n\r\nThe Alphabet Soup Sorters have been especially valuable for building early phonics skills. Students are actively engaged as they sort and identify letters, strengthening alphabet awareness, letter recognition, and foundational reading skills through hands-on learning.\r\n\r\nThe Writing Tablets have quickly become a favorite classroom tool. These reusable tablets allow students to practice letter formation, spelling, and drawing without fear of making mistakes. They encourage creativity, boost confidence, and provide an environmentally friendly way for students to practice writing skills again and again.\r\n\r\nThe Letter Crayons Word Building Center has been a wonderful addition to our phonics instruction. This resource supports beginning readers as they build and manipulate words, helping them understand sound-letter relationships and develop early reading and spelling skills in an engaging, interactive way.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, my students are learning through meaningful, hands-on experiences that foster confidence, curiosity, and a love for reading and writing. My students have all benefitted in innumerable ways from your kindness. My students have enjoyed each item, but I would specifically like to mention the three items they have enjoyed the most—the wobble stool, the emotional baggage set, and the sensory toys.\r\n\r\nThe wobble stool has been enjoyed probably the most, as students choose it first when they come to my room for remediation, calming time, etc. The ability to move while still seated helps so many of my students who struggle with inattention and need a quiet way to release their pent-up energy. \r\n\r\nThe emotional baggage set is my most-requested activity now. I worried that it may take some persuading to get seven and eight year olds to engage with their feelings, but these kiddos love the soft plushies and the interactive book that corresponds with them. Identifying emotions has become fun for them, especially as they learn some emotions work together.\r\n\r\nLast, the sensory toys have been a big hit as students can earn these as rewards for growth in both academics and behavior. Many of my students come from families that could not afford such items, and getting to earn something they see others have gives them self-confidence and motivation.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity. The bouncy balls and bouncy bands are giving students a positive outlet for their energy while still allowing them to stay focused on their work. I've noticed that students who normally struggle to sit still are more engaged and able to participate in lessons for longer periods of time. The printer ink has also been a game-changer, allowing me to provide students with colorful, printed materials for science projects and practice activities. For example, we recently completed a food chain project where students used printed images to build their own ecosystem posters, and the excitement of having vibrant, high-quality resources made the project even more meaningful.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, they were thrilled. The bouncy balls and bands quickly became a favorite because they made the classroom feel more fun while still helping them learn. They were equally excited to see their projects and assignments printed in color—it gave them a sense of pride and ownership in their work. Moving forward, our next big step is an invasive species project where students will research, design, and present their findings. The printer ink will help us create detailed visuals, while the flexible seating tools will keep students focused as they work on their presentations. We are beyond grateful for your generosity and support—thank you so much for investing in our classroom.
