The students love using our upgraded MakerSpace. Kids who admittedly would never visit the library in the past are now coming in and using items available through this grant. Not only are they using the items, but they are also able to enjoy our new \"comfy corner.\" \r\n\r\nThe beautiful thing about this is the fact that now more teachers are involved in the space, as well. I see staff on their breaks come use items in the MakerSpace. Not only that, they are now donating items to our library for the students to enjoy. Your donation have enabled students to enhance their learning experiences and achieve greater creativity in their work. Students are able to create several art projects such as tessellation drawings transformed into three-dimensional paper geometic sculptures, cartoon paintings and pinatas. \r\n\r\nStudents were excited to receive new art materials and be able to replace old brushes with new ones. Students were happy to utilize the provided art materials to help further develop technical skills in drawing and painting.
