They immediately appreciated the ability to alternate between sitting and standing, and the drafting chairs have provided much-needed ergonomic support.\r\n\r\nPerhaps the most significant impact has been on the students' mental health. The combination of improved physical comfort, increased productivity, and a sense of being valued has created a more positive and supportive environment. Students feel less stressed and more confident in their abilities. They are also more likely to collaborate and support each other, fostering a strong sense of belonging.
