My students were very excited to explore all of the new materials.\r\n \r\nMy students were thrilled to see all of the new morning choices. I rotate the new materials from table to table each morning. All of the students have had a chance to try the new STEM activities. The most popular choice right now is the magnetic sticks with marbles. The students are so creative with them making necklaces, race tracks, and houses! \r\n\r\nMy students have enjoyed having more options for our word work time. We have explored with the writing tablets and magnetic letters. My students are so responsible with taking care of these new materials and working on their high frequency words the whole time! I can see them staying on task longer with these more fun options!\r\n\r\nI am looking forward to introducing the rest of the word work options over the next couple of weeks and seeing my students thrive in reading and writing their high frequency words. I also have really enjoyed watching my students explore with the new morning STEM bins.
