We use them daily, as playing the xylophones and metallophones is part of our daily lessons. Just today students worked on learning to play a folk tune on the instruments. Our classroom is on the smaller side, so it is necessary for us to pull the instruments out into the middle of the room when playing them and put them away on the perimeter of the classroom when we are doing movement activities. This can be extremely time consuming and difficult for students to help with because the instruments are very heavy and if tilted the bars can fall off. But thanks to your generous donation we are able to roll the instruments where they need to go in a matter of seconds. \r\n\r\nWe will be performing in front of parents and community members soon for our annual Winter Sing Along and will be able to set the instruments up for the performance quickly and easily.
