As we know a hungry student is not going to be a productive student. Even though I can't provide a whole breakfast, I can now provide the snacks that my students need to be productive students. Thanks to your very generous donations, our class flight simulator was able to be finished. This project was to purchase the last instruments needed to accurately simulate a Cessna 172 private aircraft. With this project now finished, my students are able to sit down in a real looking Cessna cockpit and learn then practice the fundamentals of flying while still in the classroom. This classroom flight simulator was extremely helpful in helping a number of my students achieve their goal of earning their Private Pilot's License. Yes, this could be done without our classroom simulator, but it makes the process a lot easier since students are already familiar with the entire cockpit. We had a few instruments still vacant until your generous donation helped to complete the simulator making for a realistic airplane environment while still in the classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1739366804357,"projectUrl":"project/aim-high-fly-to-the-finish/8962130/","projectTitle":"Aim High! My students were so excited to receive the new pinnies and markers. These items have motivated my students to practice more and harder in pre season for their upcoming tournaments. Having worn out pinnies and not enough pinnies made my students feel not good enough to compete against schools who had lots more money for these things. This project has spurred my students to practice harder and be more committed.
