Several of them incorporated resin into the project they were working on, and others have plans for it in the near future. They really struggle with the difference in weight.\r\n\r\nThe girls were super excited to see that donors had gifted them a set of 12 pound dumb bells. They were excited that they could actually move up a weight for certain exercises and had a definite sense of accomplishment when they did move up.\r\n\r\nThese weights and forearm blaster are in constant use. Not only are my female wrestlers using them almost every day, but the girls swim team has also had a constant demand for them.
