The difference these supplies have made are evident across our entire day. We start our day with breakfast, and the kids happily exclaim \"I got a wiggle!\" as they sit to begin the day. The ability to wiggle without disrupting others or interfere with the daily routine has been huge. \r\n\r\nWhen we move to the carpet, the kids are excited to select their spot on our new bright, happy carpet. The ability to choose a clearly marked spot has made such a difference in the ease in which we transition. The adaptive seating options, including our laundry basket boats, give the students agency and control over how they sit. \r\nCenter time has gotten cozier with our fabulous new couch! The kids could not believe their eyes when they saw the sofa, and immediately began to lounge across the couch. It remains a popular option as students gravitate to the couch to curl up with a good book.","fullyFundedDate":1755731496604,"projectUrl":"project/you-getget-adaptive-seating/9438298/","projectTitle":"You GetGet Adaptive Seating!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Megan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10066402_orig.jpg?crop=2316,2316,x0,y177&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1751153584371","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10066402"},{"teacherId":1969283,"projectId":9188432,"letterContent":"The start of school has been extremely busy and amazing. The Kindergarten also received larger tote bags with their name and library day on them to keep their books safe to and from school. The children in grades PreK-2 have received their special school library card using the bright colored index cards. Each grade is color coded to help us keep organized. The Neon Paper has been used to make a book \"Series\" center where the book lists are printed on the colored paper. I also have used the paper to brighten up a beginning of school bulletin board. Both the large scissors and the small scissors have been put to work. The children exclaimed \"we have new scissors\". We used the glue to make apple puppets with our Kinders and to finish a sequencing activity for a Johnny Appleseed assignment.\r\nThe Binder and the bindings have been put to use with my students who use an AAC board and will be used for other writing assignments. With the help of students and volunteers, our fruit orchard made it through. \r\n\r\nYour donation of neem oil, copper fungicide, and two large sprayers, will allow our team of garden volunteers to tackle the leaf rust and pests as soon as the trees go dormant this Winter. The cases have also improved the overall durability and security of the devices, allowing them to be used more effectively throughout the school day.\r\n\r\nThe positive impact on our students has been profound. For those who are unable to communicate verbally, the iPads equipped with AAC technology provide a crucial means of expression and engagement.
