Mudd Elementary School extends heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation in support of our project, \"One Community School Where Unity is Built on Modeling Kindness.\"\r\n\r\nYour contribution has made a meaningful difference in creating a supportive and unified learning environment for our students. The donated items were instrumental in fostering mindfulness and kindness while also giving students positive outlets to refocus and regroup.\r\n\r\nDonations replenished and enhanced calming corners within classrooms. These spaces allowed students to manage emotions without leaving the classroom, helping them stay engaged in learning while practicing self-regulation. Donated books encouraged students to read more while learning strategies for emotional regulation, and many students proudly began building their own home libraries. The Little Spot of Learning Box Set was especially impactful in Kindergarten, seamlessly supporting lesson plans. Posters placed in classrooms, as well as in the counselor's and psychologist's offices, helped students identify emotions and practice mindfulness, reinforcing daily lessons in kindness. Stickers provided to fourth- and fifth-grade students encouraged them to show kindness toward one another, personalize their journals and lockers, and even share and trade with peers—building community through small acts of kindness. Students also eagerly anticipated new kindness-themed items on the Dragon Cart, which reinforced the message that kindness is powerful and unites our school community.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our students experienced an environment of calmness, strengthened friendships, and a greater sense of unity throughout the school year.\r\nThank you for helping us model and cultivate kindness at Samuel A.
