My students have been using the materials almost daily. \r\nThey were happy to have the goldfish for snack! Our fruit and veggie snack program hadn't started when I received the Goldfish, and they were super excited to eat them while listening to a story. \r\nThey've found calmness while using the stress balls, so much so that I've had 2 of them explode. \r\nThey were curious about what the plastic phones were for. Once I explained that they were for independent reading and so that they could hear themselves read, they were so excited to use them! This is something I had when I was in elementary school, but this is the first time these students will get to use a tool like this. \r\nI had so many who were excited when they got to see the marble run STEM activity. I get asked daily when they can use it- I'm waiting for a time that they've earned it. :)\r\nThank you again for your donations. Many of the students do not have the opportunity to purchase their own supplies so this is a great help for the students. These are also used as birthday surprises on their birthdays and each student is celebrated throughout the year. These supplies have and will put many smiles on the students' faces.\r\n\r\nAlso many children do not have the opportunity to bring snacks or lunch to school. This is amazing to be able to provide the children snacks.
