My students enjoy looking at the different colored fruits and sorting them by color. It has helped their color recognition immensely! \r\n\r\nBeing able to place rulers around the room has been great exposure for my students. They are able to investigate and explore the rulers at their leisure. They use the blocks to make roads and tunnels and are now able to use the cars and signs to enhance that play. The cars have also been so useful in teaching our students about cause and effect. They have been creating ramps and using the cars to slide down them. My Pre-K students don't always have a camera to use or some of them have not even seen a real camera, so it was fun to teach them to use them in effective and meaningful way.
