They create a long, woven strand of multi-colored yarns and spiral that into a rug or a lollipop on a stick.\r\n\r\nThey are amazing creations! The weaving act is very theraputic and calming and the repeat action with their fingers relaxes and encourages them when they see the strand emerge from the tube. What excitement! They ask all year when we will begin this project. \r\n\r\nHaving adequate yarn in multiple colors and textures just adds to the excitement. We've been using some older, boring yarn and when our shipment arrived a couple weeks ago, the students went wild! They love the neons, the muti-threads, the soft chenniles, and the bright solid colors!\r\n\r\nAll of this is possible with your onging help. We have great resources to work with and my students are engaged and happy!
