Because of you, our students now have access to resources that make our learning environment more welcoming, organized, and supportive every single day.\r\n\r\nWe are already putting the new materials to great use. One of the most meaningful changes has been the addition of the bin bag chairs. These have quickly become a favorite spot for students during independent reading, small-group work, and moments when they need a calm space to reset. I recently watched a student who normally struggles to stay focused choose a bin chair, settle in with a reading assignment, and remain engaged for the entire period. That moment alone showed how powerful a comfortable and supportive environment can be for learning.\r\n\r\nThe students' reactions when they first saw the materials were priceless. They were genuinely excited and grateful—especially for the bin bag chairs, which they immediately tested out with big smiles and laughter. Even simple items like pencils and printer paper made an impact; students noticed that everything was ready and available for them, which reduced stress and helped our class flow smoothly. The hand soap reinforced the importance of hygiene during our Health and First Aid lessons, and the laminating pouches sparked curiosity when students realized we could reuse learning tools again and again.\r\n\r\nBecause of your contribution, our next steps are even more exciting. We are continuing hands-on lessons across multiple subjects, including Health/First Aid activities like CPR guides and safety checklists, science resources such as laminated reference charts and vocabulary cards, and structured group work using printed and reusable materials. These supplies allow us to focus less on limitations and more on creativity, engagement, and student success.\r\n\r\nYour generosity gave you a peek into our classroom, and I hope you know how deeply appreciated your support truly is. You didn't just provide supplies—you helped create a space where students feel cared for, confident, and excited to learn.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us shape a positive and thriving classroom environment, one student at a time.","fullyFundedDate":1762835934095,"projectUrl":"project/from-germ-free-to-grammar-all-in-one-cl/9476433/","projectTitle":"From Germ-Free to Grammar: All-in-One Classroom!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Torres Camacho","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-5_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9177669"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_122872","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":159,"numTeachers":13,"percentFrplEligible":34,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":76,"percentIndigenous":5,"percentLatinx":6,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"12.2:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_REMOTE"},"inStateSupporters":55.6,"schoolId":122872,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Delta High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Delta High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/alaska/delta-greely-school-district/delta-senior-high-school/122872"}
