The materials and resources provided through this project have played a huge role in encouraging positive behavior and academic effort. \r\n\r\nOne of the biggest challenges in our classroom has been keeping students motivated, especially those who need extra support to stay focused and on task. The rewards and incentives we received have completely transformed our approach! Students now work harder to meet their goals, knowing that their efforts will be recognized. I've seen firsthand how a simple reward, whether it's a small prize or a fun classroom privilege, can turn a student's day around and push them to keep trying, even when things feel tough. \r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the rewards, their faces lit up with excitement. It was heartwarming to hear them say things like, *\"Wow, we really get these for working hard?\"* or *\"I'm going to try my best every day!\"* Now, they are eager to participate, complete assignments, and show kindness to their peers. \r\n\r\nThe next step for our students is to continue building their perseverance and self-motivation, using the rewards as stepping stones toward developing intrinsic motivation. We are also incorporating goal-setting activities, helping them understand that hard work leads to success. \r\n\r\nThis project wouldn't have been possible without **The DonorsChoose Community**, and we are beyond grateful for the impact you've had on our classroom.
