Because of you, our students were able to enjoy a full set of Cerdita y Elefante books in Spanish—and what a joyful experience it has been!\r\n\r\nThese beloved characters are already familiar to many of our students from their English reading at home and in early grades. Getting to revisit these stories in Spanish brought instant excitement and confidence to our classroom. The children loved making connections between the two languages, eagerly sharing their background knowledge, and enthusiastically jumping into reading aloud, acting out scenes, and even creating their own versions of the stories.\r\n\r\nOne especially heartwarming moment was when a parent volunteered to be a surprise mystery reader for the class. They read one of the Cerdita y Elefante books in Spanish, which made the experience even more special and built a beautiful bridge between home and school.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping make language learning joyful, meaningful, and accessible for my students.
