The excitement was immediate as they explored the new seating options and discovered the materials they would be using throughout the year. The flexible seating has helped create a more comfortable and engaging learning environment, allowing students to choose spaces where they can focus and do their best work. The snacks have also been a wonderful support, helping students stay energized and ready to learn throughout the school day.\r\n\r\nOne of the most impactful additions has been the individual whiteboards. Students eagerly use them during phonics, math, and reading lessons to practice skills, share answers, and participate in classroom discussions. A recent favorite activity involved students using their whiteboards during a word-building lesson. Every student was actively engaged, excited to show their work, and confident in taking learning risks because mistakes could easily be corrected.
