We were able to purchase the art paint and canvases for our future mother's day project and our two sets of locks and keys from Lakeshore learning. These alphabet locks and keys are self correcting and included 26 different locks to practice beginning sounds. Since we already had the beginning sounds, I created our own set of locks and keys to practice words with digraph and blend pictures to mod podge over the top of the locks for one set and print labels for the keys to practice more advanced skills. With the other set of locks and keys, I did the same for words with vowel teams that we are currently practicing in our classroom. Now kids can continue to have the same self correcting games without having to teach new directions.
