Everyone loved it, and my students are already begging to create more musical movement using the parachute. The kids loved this activity and enjoyed doing something outside our normal routine. \r\nWithout the generosity and support from the public, and other organizations, enhancing our school day would be a challenge. The children absolutely love the books!\r\nIt is vital that students are able to do independent activities during center and small group time. A group of students can independently listen to a story and then respond to the story by writing and illustrating. I plan to use it for my IEPS and showing parents various graphs of how their child is doing in our classroom. I also thought it would be excellent for them learning their ABC's and numbers, colors. Many times when I've printed something out I've needed it in color and the school just doesn't provide that for us. Now when the classroom is learning their colors I can have worksheets with the different colors already on there and they can find the correct color and do the rest of the sheet.\r\n My students will love making papers they can copy themselves. I thought we'd all make a short book together with pictures and colors, so fun!!
