My students enjoy spelling words with the playdough, as well as creating shapes during math.\r\n\r\nA laminator extends the life and usefulness of learning materials. Their excitement was off the charts when they found out that we had a gift provided by people who want to see them succeed and learn! \r\n\r\nTechnology plays a significant part in their daily learning since we use computer based programs to round out lessons and help make learning fun. Now, my student can all charge their computers at the same time using the charging & docking station. It sure helps cut down on the level of frustration of not having computers charged and cords everywhere. Every student has their very own headphones! No more fussing over headphones. It has been so easy to put away the devices and plug them in to charge them. We have 25 students in our class, we test on the Chromebooks, so it is vital that they all be charged at one time. Before we got this cart, it was a major task to plug in and then unplug some to make sure everyone had enough charge to test. Our students also use devices for interventions, low level learners can access sites that help them gain skills independently. Students that are on level, use the devices for Enrichment lessons. They learn new skills independently to help gain knowledge without the teacher.\r\nIt is so easy to plug all the devices at one time and then unplug them to use with all of them being charged! I love that they are all put in the cart for safe keeping also! No more dropping them off the hanging rack off the wall! LOL\r\nWe are so grateful for all the donors that made this possible!
