They love seeing the immediate results of their choices and experimenting with different angles, settings, and subjects. The cameras have made learning more engaging and have sparked curiosity and enthusiasm in the classroom.\r\n\r\nSeveral students have especially connected with this new technology. Students who may not always shine in traditional academic settings have found confidence through photography. Some quieter students have become more expressive through images, while others who enjoy hands-on learning are highly engaged when working with the cameras. Having feminine products and bandages in the room has greatly cut back on the amount of students needing to go to the nurse (which requires students to walk two floors down and to the opposite side of the building!). They were also very impressed with the mini Vaseline jars! \r\n\r\nHowever, the most surprising thing to me was how many students use and appreciate the glasses and deodorant wipes. Many students use these two items daily!
