With many different small groups, it is important that students have access to materials that are at their level. One way I am using these materials is to review previous skills that students have mastered. We make great use of these decodable readers by utilizing them daily to practice new skills that are being taught daily to students. Having these connected texts allow students to practice skills in real time. \r\n\r\nStudents who don't have as many reading skills as their peers really benefit from these readers, because they have access to materials that are at their level. I am so thankful for all of the donors that contributed to this project and made it possible for this awesome resource to be part of our 1st grade classroom.
