When they first saw everything they were in awh of the whiteboard and immediately wanted to write on it! The new rolling whiteboard and file folder games have been total game-changers in my classroom! One specific project that stands out was during our literacy centers last week. I set up the rolling whiteboard in the reading corner and used it to rotate through mini-lessons and small group instruction. Since it's mobile, I could easily roll it between groups. It kept students engaged because they loved coming up and contributing their ideas and answering questions.\r\n\r\nAs for the file folder games, I introduced them during our phonics station. One favorite among the students is a matching game focused on vowel sounds. They love the hands-on aspect, and it allows them to self-check their work, giving me a little breathing room to give more targeted support where needed.
