We have read a few of the I Survived books in class and now that got to choose one to read with a partner or in a small group. The students loved the wide selection and variety of topics that were in the new books.\r\n\r\nMy students learned a lot reading about people have survived difficult situations. Many of my students have faced difficulties that most adults will never face, so to see young and old alike survive gives them hope. Many of the characters not only survive, but go on to thrive and help others. \r\n\r\nThank you for being a part of this journey of learning what survival is and bringing hope to the class.
