They thought the acrylic pens and gem stickers were awesome. Each child could add their own special touches and make the gifts their own. So much love was poured into these beautiful gifts! \r\nI had several parents reach out to me to express their appreciation and to say how much the thoughtful gifts meant to them! When students create gifts for their loved ones, it is truly one of the most beautiful things to see. The time and effort each little detail took as they crafted and created was amazing. You can see from the photos, the pure joy the students have as they show off their creations. \r\n The materials helped the students wear headbands for holidays from Thanksgiving to Christmas and 100th Day to Valentine's Day. We made bulletin board projects, made the classroom look incredibly festive for the holiday season and created art masterpieces for several units.\r\n One of the great things about the new resources we received is that they are so versatile. The options are endless and the students are already brainstorming ways to create decorations, crafts and gifts for Saint Patrick's Day and Easter. Our class has the month of April to showcase art in the main hallway and the resources provided can help our students create amazing Earth Day art. It is hard to believe that graduation is right around the corner for our students.
