We were able to purchase the color printer for our New Arrival Center classroom, and it has made a huge impact! \r\n\r\nWe have been able to use the printer for many different things. The most exciting was for our Hispanic Heritage door decorating contest in the fall. We were assigned two influential hispanic people and had to create a door that represented both people. We were assigned Frida Kahlo and Oscar de la Renta. We used the printer to print beautiful pictures of the students' favorite celebrities wearing Oscar de la Renta dresses. We also used it to print pictures of Frida Kahlo's most famous paintings, and then students drew their own versions of her paintings to represent themselves and wrote about them. We won first place!!! \r\n\r\nWe have also used it to make a Holidays Around the World Escape Room for the students to complete next week. They are going to be so surprised! \r\n\r\nAgain, thank you so much for your generosity.
