One of the most impactful moments occurred during our first \"Restorative Friday\" session. A student who typically struggles with high energy and restlessness used a bolster and blanket to find a moment of genuine stillness for the first time all semester. They mentioned afterward how \"the weight of the blanket made the stress of the school day disappear,\" a testament to how these resources have transformed our gym floor into a legitimate sanctuary for mental health and physical wellness.\r\n\r\nWith our \"Zen Zone\" now fully equipped, it allows so many more options to address mental and physical fitness. The students are also taking great pride in the upkeep of our space, making sure all of our new items are appreciated and respected.
