The materials you purchased were primarily drafting supplies and though I didn't have a drafting class per se, every project begins with drafting. They needed to learn drawing technique to submit plans for their preliminary bread board project where they learn all the equipment and follow the safety protocols, and the second quarter they submit plans for their drums. As I work within the school budget I tend to overlook the small things in favor of blades, bits, tools, and lumber. It was refreshing to get ahead on often overlooked but sorely needed supplies.","fullyFundedDate":1740885793064,"projectUrl":"project/carreer-and-technical-education-drafting/9089009/","projectTitle":"Carreer and Technical Education Drafting Supplies","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Clemetson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9708556"},{"teacherId":9844948,"projectId":8959554,"letterContent":"I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your incredibly generous support of my DonorsChoose project. Thanks to your kindness, our classroom now has wonderful flexible seating options, and the impact has been great.\r\n\r\nThe new stools and floor seats have already made a significant difference in our learning environment. It's wonderful to see students who previously struggled with staying still now able to move in ways that help them focus and engage. For those who find traditional desks uncomfortable, these options have been a game-changer, allowing them to participate more fully and comfortably in our lessons. Students try to get to class earlier so they can be sure to get one of the stools and standing desks.\r\n\r\nBeyond individual comfort, the flexible seating has also fostered better collaborative learning and group discussions. Students can gather and work together, sharing ideas and learning from one another in a more natural and comfortable way throughout the room and in the hallway. \r\n\r\nIt's so nice to witness the positive changes these seating options have brought to our classroom. Your contribution has not just provided furniture; it has created a more inclusive, engaging, and movement-friendly space where all students can thrive.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your support and generosity.
