My students come from a low income background. Many do not receive new school supplies to use in the classroom from home. It was magical to see their faces light up when the supplies that you donated were delivered to our classroom! They were so excited. \r\n\r\nI teach ELA. We spend a lot of time working on writing pieces in our classroom. Many students do not enjoy writing and complain as we complete the writing process. By adding these supplies to our writing block, you could hear my students discussing, laughing, and sharing. Sometimes, it is the little things that bring a smile to their faces! \r\n\r\nMy students are using the supplies that you donated to illustrate their writing. So many students are great artists and do not have the opportunity to use this skill during their school day. To see them be able to do what they love most in the world is great! \r\n\r\nThank you again for your donation.
