We were able to spend a month designing and making the coolest garments which kept my class engaged and learning throughout. They were so excited to show off their garments and are still regularly wearing them to school proudly.\r\n\r\nThrough your support, we were able to provide each student with a shirt and supplies to tie dye, draw, iron on transfer, and sew onto their shirts. Through this activity we worked on planning and following a plan, keeping attention as we completed the many steps over the course of a month, and using fine motor skills to complete the tasks.
