Because of the shoes and socks, participation is PE is so much better. \r\n\r\nThe girls are also learning time management while getting ready. The students enjoy using their resistance bands in class. We use them at least once a week to work on upper body strength and endurance. We are able to teach them all sorts of exercises they can do and hopefully encourage them to resistance train in the future.\r\n\r\nWe do work out circuits with the bands. We taught them the difference between sets and reps and which exercises focus on certain muscles. They are able to explain which exercises work which muscles and can make their own work out program that focuses on resistance training.\r\n\r\nOur goals as PE Teachers is to promote life long fitness.
