Over the past eight years I have watched my students have missing kitchen equipment that hinders them from completing the necessary projects in our class. My students are using these new resources when measuring cooking ingredients, to help keep time on food, and to keep or kitchen organized. When the students first saw these new items they were very excited. Many of these students I have had for 2 to 3 years. So seeing us get new materials makes them very happy.
