Because of you, we have been able to tackle a variety of speech and language goals with a play based approach. The mirror has come in handy when teaching students how to position articulators to produce accurate speech sounds. Having visual feedback has been incredibly helpful to a lot of my students. The CVC magnets have been a huge hit with some of my younger students! They help us target a variety of phonological processes in a fun and interactive way. The action verb flashcards have been useful when targeting verb +ing and pronouns, and the pronoun work book has helped me introduce different ways of generalizing pronoun usage in spontaneous speech. I have quite a few artists on my caseload, and the paper allows them to draw or color while we work. And the tissues are certainly much appreciated during this allergy season! My students and I are very grateful for your generosity and the tools it allowed us to get.","fullyFundedDate":1778227211164,"projectUrl":"project/tiny-talkers-big-voices-unlocking-the/10172261/","projectTitle":"Tiny Talkers, Big Voices: Unlocking the Power of Communication","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Cece","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10471281"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_35225","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":345,"numTeachers":34,"percentFrplEligible":50,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":1,"percentWhite":96,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":1,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":0,"gradesServed":"Pre-K - 6","studentTeacherRatio":"10.1:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":14.3,"schoolId":35225,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Cambridge Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Cambridge Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/vermont/lamoille-north-su-25/cambridge-elementary-school/35225"}
