For me, as the teacher, the greatest change is the ease with which I can address student needs discreetly and immediately, allowing us to maintain focus on learning. Students are using the hand sanitizer and tissues regularly, and the personal hygiene items like deodorant and menstrual products are available in a way that preserves their privacy and dignity, ensuring they don't have to miss valuable class time due to minor needs. A specific moment that highlights the success of this resource occurred during a demanding group project presentation. One student, clearly distracted, was able to quietly access a band-aid from the station and quickly rejoin their group without drawing attention or causing a disruption, demonstrating how these simple resources support an uninterrupted, productive learning environment.\r\n\r\nThe student reaction to the initial arrival of the materials was one of pleasant surprise and, perhaps more importantly, relief. When the boxes first arrived, there was a visible shift in the energy—especially among the older students who are more keenly aware of these needs. Many students commented on how \"cool\" it was to have a designated, easily accessible place for these items. The most impactful reaction came in the form of quiet acknowledgment; the students didn't make a fuss, but the immediate, respectful utilization of the items showed they understood the purpose and appreciated the thoughtful provision. Your donation has allowed the whiteboard to be filled with color, important announcements to be made in a visually appealing format, and some students have even used it to create beautiful artwork on the side. All of this has helped students become more engaged with what is happening in their classroom. \r\n\r\nThe printer has been the biggest lift for management and learning alike. I no longer have to wait at the staff lounge for the copier to be made available, nor do I have to spend extra time printing it from the main printer and copying it from that. Now, I have the ease and luxury of printing out a single copy from my classroom and sending in a copy request to the main office. This easy step has allowed me to plan for days and weeks in advance, something I challenged with in the beginning of the year mainly due to logistics. \r\n\r\nMy Spanish-speaking students have benefitted from this the most, since I only teach five of them and can now print their work directly from the classroom. I am able to make last minute adjustments in lessons and slides and give it to them in the moment thanks to this new feature. If I forget to translate a slide with important definitions, I have printed out what they needed and handed it to them within a few minutes of the rest of the classroom.\r\n\r\nThese new additions truly have made such a big difference in my teaching and my students' learning.
