It is very helpful to have a lot of pencils to use in our classroom as we start and end our day with pencils. We have been using the glue sticks to paste our anchor charts into our notebooks and use them during guided math when we paste our problem of the week to solve. The dry erase markers are very beneficial when we work in small groups and students are able to complete math problems on their own boards using these markers. Now we have plenty of markers to use for small group instruction. Lastly the students are very appreciative of the Dum Dum pops as they enjoy it a lot. \r\n\r\nWe truly appreciate your generosity and your commitment in supporting our students. The markers have been useful for our students to use for coloring our characters for the winter hallway decorations. Working in a Title 1 school is rewarding, but getting supplies can be difficult. My students loves STEM and any projects that are hands on. The Snap Circuits arcade we received was so popular and it is a great way for them to learn about electricity, which is part of our curriculum.\r\n\r\nThe zip bags are being used to hold their supplies for science. They love the whiteboards to write their observations and sketch plans. The candy was used as rewards and science projects. As you can see, the materials that were donated were very useful. Every student was able to have their own. Furthermore, the dry-erase markers allowed us to solve math problems on our whiteboards. We really enjoyed having these essential supplies that helped create more successful learning opportunities.\r\n\r\nWe are also very grateful to have hand sanitizer in our classroom, which helps us stay germ-free and healthy throughout the day.
