However, when I told them that some of these boxes contained breakfast and snack foods they were more than happy to bring in anymore supplies for me. Half of those high school boys were the first one to ask the next day after basketball practice for a snack.\r\nWhile the food has been loved, obviously, by all students the cleaning and daily use supplies have been noticed only by those who need them in the moment, but for one of my students who chews on their finger and then touches stuff the technology screen cleaners and glasses lens wipes have been perfect. Not to mention to disinfectant wipes to clean everything the student wipes their hand on. \r\nThe biggest item that I wish I could show you being used is the indoor/outdoor horseshoe game. As a Special Education Teacher I have students invisible disabilities and then I have some that have progressive disabilities that get worse as they get older. I have been working with this student to throw the horseshoes because the day I unboxed it this student struggled to make the neurological connection that is required to open the hand when the arm is extended. The muscles were not responding.
