Your donation of snacks that I use for positive rewards has made a huge difference in my classroom culture. My students are eager to perform to earn these rewards. \r\n\r\nMy students have not been successful in the traditional public school setting. Many have not received very much positive reinforcement of their behaviors. It is important to me to change this pattern and make sure that I reward students when they are doing something right!\r\n\r\nI was able to host a beautiful celebration during lunch where I provided students who were meeting classroom expectations with treats, drinks, and ice cream. Sometimes teachers like me end up buying everything ourselves.
