They were so excited to learn that we were going to use ice cream as part of our classroom learning. They immediately began asking questions, making predictions, and sharing ideas about what we could create and discover.\r\n\r\nThroughout our project, students worked together to follow directions, make observations, collect information, and communicate their thinking. They learned that learning doesn't always have to happen sitting at a desk or completing a worksheet. Sometimes the best learning happens when students are actively involved, working with their classmates, and having fun!\r\n\r\nOur next step is to build on this experience by connecting our ice cream activities to reading, writing, math, and science.
