The bumble bee vibrating pillow and puppy pillow have been amazing at calming a friend down when they are having a hard day. The books about training a dragon has brought so much excitement and laughter in my class. The window suction people is great for busy time when someone just wants to play away from all the other centers. The dont break the ice game is a huge hit and has taught us the object of a game and about winning, losing and taking turns. As a teacher its super important for me to make sure I have the things in my class that are comforting and this has brought so much comfort to us all. The vet kit has taught our class about caring for animals. The colorful seat pads has saved the day by teaching us personal space and where we need to sit. The class also loves putting them away to see how high we can stack them. The swing is not able to be used at the time because we were told the stand was sold out so we are saving for the stand and it will be used as soon as we can get the stand. Helping them to make connections that not everyone is the same and that is ok. We have been using different styles of teaching, showing children that it is ok to be different and how to handle when a conflict arises. In our classroom readings we incorporate puppets as well as role playing.
