Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Put your cell phones down and play with your kids. It has been proven that spending time with your child will help them build confidence, helps with behavioral issues, helps with communication skills, reduces stress, enhances physical health, and overall you can bond with your children. My goal is to help our families spend quality time together playing games. Families get busy and sometimes forget that the TV is not a babysitter. I have been challenging our families to spend at least an hour together having a family fun night. Laughing, telling stories, and being silly is the key to happiness, which will also improve learning in school.
