They were so excited when they saw all of our new supplies and arms to help us learn how to perform phlebotomy. They set them all up on their own and got right to work. Furthermore, they were successfully able to draw blood, as they learned from their textbooks. They are now ready to perform this skill on real arms because they were able to practice so much. Practice makes perfect! We have been in touch with a local hospital and have toured their lab, and they are willing to help the students train more and possible hire some of them.
