As a result, students must share supplies, which creates delays and interruptions during instruction. Valuable learning time is spent passing materials around the room instead of focusing on the lesson and practicing important academic skills.\r\nHaving enough highlighters for all students would allow lessons to run more efficiently and ensure that every child can participate at the same time. With access to the appropriate colors, students can stay organized, follow directions more easily, and remain actively engaged in their learning. They get to choose which item they take. They love new pencils, bookmarks, stickers for their water bottles and little pencil clip ons. When your package came and we opened the box they were thrilled. Since some items were larger we upped the anti with not only returning their folder but also completing their weekly homework. The fidgets were motivating and they created a lot of enthusiastic energy on Friday mornings. They felt like they were \"shopping\" for their reward. The large box of teacher stickers I used for the first time when we had our formal testing weeks. When students finished their testing session they were able to choose which sticker from the large selection to put on their chart. It was cute to overhear them talking about one they were choosing and which one they would get the next day.
