It immediately made our classroom feel more warm, inviting, and organized. Several students commented on how cozy it looked and couldn't wait to sit on it for morning meetings, read-alouds, and small group lessons.\r\n\r\nWe've already started using the rug every day during whole-group instruction, phonics lessons, and story time. Having a comfortable gathering space helps my kindergarten students stay engaged and focused while we learn together. My kid's favorite thing to do is lay on it for independent reading time. \r\n\r\nAs we continue through the school year, this rug will be the heart of our classroom. We'll use it for collaborative discussions, interactive reading lessons, calendar time, and celebrating our learning.
