This computer has given us an opportunity to extend our learning. I have seen such an increase in ideas and creativity.There are at least one to three students in each class that are coming up with new ideas for ways we can use it. \r\nThe students are able to use the school devices for a limited time and only in a small number of ways. This MacBook has allowed them to think outside the box and increase their engagement in the classroom! My students were so excited to see the new couch, lounging bean bag chairs and the rolling stools arrive at school. They all wanted to come help unpack it. Once it was in the room they wanted every chance they could to sit and work in a more comfortable area. I use the couch and beanbag area as an opportunity to finish their computer assignments. The rolling chairs are for small group instruction. The stools allow them to move a little bit while still working on the task at hand. I must also admit the teachers are loving it too! They always want to meet in my room for our meetings! Thank you once again for helping me create an inviting classroom.
