Donated funds will be used to purchase iPads with protective cases to supplement the classroom curriculum and STEM requirements. This technology piece will be added to our classroom and will provide a place for students to conduct investigations alone and with a team while developing 21st century skills in collaboration, creativity, and technology integration. They will also use iPads to create online journals to share with their families. Various apps will also enhance Science, Technology, Reading and Math skills, accelerate student achievement, and ignite creativity. It will help them to improve in reading, math and writing to make gains at their individual levels. iPads change their lives for the better by allowing them to grow in confidence about using current technology and inspire them to use their imaginations and be creative.
